Description
Winter Park Resort is one of Colorado’s premier lift served mountain bike destinations. Trails vary from novice to expert in difficulty and are primarily downhill.
Freeriding mountain bike enthusiasts will find Winter Park’s trails quite entertaining, with technical downhills and the Trestle Freeride Park, sporting over 75 features. There is a variety of intermediate singletrack for riders looking for fast and fun trails and some easy riding trails for beginners to get a feel for the sport.

Purchased lift tickets are required for riding at Winter Park Resort. Season passes are available and Winter Park offers online discount packages. Mountain bikes are available for rent on site. Winter Park is high elevation and can experience sudden weather shifts, so riders should bring appropriate warm layers in anticipation of this. In addition, riders are wise to be prepared with a stocked repair kit and first aid kit.
