Description
The Creekside Trail is located at Steamboat Springs Resort and can be accessed by lift service from the gondola or by riding up from the base. Uphill travel on Creekside is not allowed but uphill access is allowed on Zig Zag Trail, which feeds to the Creekside downhill, creating a loop.
Creekside Trail features a steady downhill with occasional short climbs. There is a creek crossing on Creekside Trail and several jumps for the more adventurous riders. Smooth singletrack surface with bermed corners makes the downhill on Creekside a real joy.
The Creekside Trail meanders through the Burgess Valley, offering excellent views of the Steamboat Springs Resort and across the valley to ridges along the far side. The ride culminates in a condo development and riders can look for a link up on the left to get back onto the Zig Zag trail.
