Description
The Betasso Preserve trails offer riders of all ability levels smooth and fast singletrack riding. The Betasso Preserve Canyon Trail Loop travels through 773 acres of forested glades of Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir.
The direction for travel on the Betasso Preserve Canyon Trail Loop is regulated and changes monthly. Requested direction for bike travel is posted at the trailhead. Both directions are comparable in difficulty. Riders will enjoy the smooth singletrack as it winds through tight turns and rolling ups and downs. The ride begins as a downhill starting in either direction on the loop and culminates in an uphill climb.
Riders should note that there are no bikes allowed on Wednesdays or Saturdays. In addition, several trails in the Betasso Preserve are closed to mountain biking and fees are assessed to violators.
